Ron Williamson Delivers Lecture at Buffalo Museum of Science

ASI’s Founder Ron Williamson has been invited by the Houghton Chapter of the New York State Archaeological Association to present a talk on ASI’s (and colleagues) recent research using blood residue analysis on stone tools. The talk is focusing on the Mt Albion West site, an 11,000 year old Clovis era site located on the brow of the Niagara Escarpment in Hamilton. Williamson will present our current research results that show evidence of hunting and/or scavenging mastodons or woolly mammoths in Ontario!
